Theresa became a full-time Realtor 3 years after moving to the Colorado Springs area. She holds the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), the Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Home Staging Expert (HSE) designations. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned homebuyer, or are looking to sell your home, Theresa is there for you with an abundance of knowledge. Her strengths include great patience and in-depth explanations which will help guide you through every step of the process. Not only that, she is very relationship oriented, so don’t be surprised if she pops by after you’ve closed or find a Christmas card in your mailbox.

Theresa served in the Marine Corps from 2001-2006 as an Intelligence Analyst. After serving, she worked in the mortgage industry prior to her move to Colorado.

Theresa graduated from American Military University in 2014, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing poker, goofing around with her son, and watching her daughter out on the soccer fields.
