Jacob is a Realtor and a Certified Residential Appraiser with an extensive 18-year career in residential real estate, which spans the entire spectrum of the most recent real estate cycle, from navigating the challenges of the 2007 financial crisis to thriving in the most recent 2020-2023 booming real estate market. Jacob graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2005 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and shortly after having practiced in the industry he ventured out to San Jose, CA in 2006 to follow his passion for real estate. In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and 1-year old daughter, whether they are cooking at home or traveling together. He is an avid chess player, likes to snowboard and has been consistently training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for a few years.
